Arden Shoreview Animal Hospital (ASAH) was founded in 1984 by Dr. Richard Routhe and is recognized as one of the best animal hospitals in the Twin Cities area. ASAH is a fully equipped animal hospital dedicated to delivering quality medical care to our animal patients, as well as quality service to our clients. Our motto, “The Best Animal Care by People Who Care” is the foundation on which this hospital was built. It has been the philosophy underlying our success in becoming one of the most highly respected, trusted, and recommended animal hospitals in the area. We understand that a pet is part of the family. Our goal is to provide each one with a long, healthy and happy life. The day your pet enters our hospital it becomes part of our family too. From new puppy and kittens to graying seniors, we are there every step of the way. Our comprehensive suite of veterinary services ensures that every aspect of their well-being is given the excellent care they deserve.

If you are worried about coming in for your appointment, re-check or prescription refill, consider using our online telemedicine/telehealth solution: Airvet. Through the Airvet app, you can connect via your cell phone or iPad with our veterinarians to have a virtual appointment from the comfort of your home.
